FDA Process Validation 가이드에서는 의약품 Life-Cycle 각 단계별 평가하여야 할 사항을 제안하고 있고,
이를 아래와 같이 3단계로 구분하여 설명하고 있다.
· Stage 1 - Process Design
· Stage 2 - Process Qualification
· Stage 3 - Continued Process Verification
각 Stage별 요구사항에 대하여 설명하며, 이를 적용하여 Process Validation을 진행할 경우
수행되어야 할 항목에 대하여 Case Study로 부연 설명하고자 한다. |
